A new kind of novel

Part human. Part machine.
You be the judge.

Parallel Realities pioneers Turing Fiction — a story where a human author writes some passages and an AI writes others. You're told upfront, then challenged to feel the seam. Every page becomes a quiet Turing test, and your quest mirrors the one unfolding inside Dawson's mind.

🧠

The Implant

Chips wired into a damaged brain unlock abilities — and unravel the line between thought and signal.

🌊

Two Realities

A submerged, rebuilt NYC. A sterile hospital room. Both feel real. Only one can be.

Two Authors

Human and AI, sentence by sentence. Trust nothing. Question everything.

Your Challenge

Solve it before Dawson does — separate reality from simulation, and human from machine.

“Trust nothing, and question everything.

The Story

Dawson Reid can't tell what's real anymore. Soon, neither will you.

Dawson Reid's world is turned upside down when microchips are implanted in his brain following a head injury, granting him access to AI technology. He wakes into two concurrent storylines — one of rehabilitation with his father in a futuristic, partially submerged New York City, the other in a mysterious hospital with the doctor who implanted the chips.

With each chapter his abilities grow: he can speak, move, predict patterns and emotions, and glimpse likely futures. But the same power that empowers him in one reality drives him toward paranoia and schizophrenia in the other.

A genre-bending psychological thriller that raises real questions about consciousness, humanity, and what we risk when we fuse the mind with the machine.
